My collaboration with BCA began as a subcontractor in early 2016, and in 2017 I became a full-fledged team member.
At the beginning of my professional career I was involved in the back-end development of high-availability transaction systems, and later in design.
After that, I was more immersed in full-stack development: during the development of a company support system, I implemented complete business processes on different platforms.
In parallel, using my experience in the development of transactional systems, I designed and performed systems' performance testing: from Jmeter to LoadRunner, from a simple interface test to complete Siebel CRM testing. I started automated testing mainly on Selenium and UFT bases. Here I challanged myself in several roles: developer (based on scope and T&M), project coordinator, instructor and test automation consultant.
Recently, with my team, the focus has been on process automation. Our primary goal is to engage people in innovative, creative tasks through their work. Monotonous, repetitive, and possibly demotivating tasks should be performed by (software) robots.
In addition to professional goals, work-life balance is important to me. In my free time I love taking trips, hikes and often go cycling.
