I am a founding member and former CEO of BCA, and I currently also serve as a consultant, leading strategic and organizational development projects for our clients.

I graduated as an IT specialist from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, but my professional focus has always leaned more toward economics. I have been working in management consulting for more than 20 years.

Together with my friends, we founded BCA with the aim of creating a workplace that is enjoyable and sustainable—one where people are motivated to come in not only because of the work and the clients, but also because of the team. I am most proud of the fact that our colleagues truly enjoy working together, sharing ideas, and helping our clients succeed.

I believe strongly in maintaining a healthy work–life balance. I recharge through lots and lots of traveling, spending time with my dogs, reading, and sports.

When it comes to travel, Asia is my favorite destination; in sports, I especially enjoy sailing, skiing, and diving.
My wife and I share our lives with two golden retrievers, and I take great pleasure in training them and going on hikes together.
My favorite author is Kurt Vonnegut, whose works are often described as “the blackest of black humor”—a recommendation I am always happy to share.
