My professional journey began alongside my Computer Engineering studies at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. I first worked as a graphic designer and later spent a few years in the construction industry through my family before joining the BCA team in March 2010.

Living up to the company motto, “One workplace, a thousand opportunities,” I have had the chance to work primarily on IT projects for several major players across different industries in the Hungarian market. Along the way, I gained valuable experience and insight from both the supplier and client perspectives.

After starting out with traditional business consulting assignments, I also became involved in BCA’s first software development project, this time as a developer. Five years, a Sales Force Automation solution, and a campaign management system later — including their development, enhancement, and ongoing support — I took on a new professional challenge: helping to expand BCA’s RPA capabilities.

Today, I am the professional lead of our UiPath automation team, serving a continuously growing client base.

I still enjoy the variety behind those “thousand opportunities”: the chance to keep learning and developing, the close-knit atmosphere that BCA has managed to preserve despite its continuous growth, and, above all, the strong sense of teamwork.

Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my family — my wife and our three children. We enjoy hiking, playing board games, and getting creative together. On the rare occasion that they run out of energy before I do ☺, I usually pick up a book or watch a movie.
