I am responsible for the internal operations of BCA. In addition to classic HR leadership responsibilities, my role also includes overseeing processes that support the entire organization, shaping our company culture, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
I joined BCA in 2007 as one of the first team members, and it remains one of the best decisions of my life. Through diverse business and IT projects with our clients, I have gained extensive knowledge, developed professionally, and taken on challenges and responsibilities that I once thought impossible.
I graduated as an IT engineer from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and spent my first 1.5–2 years working as a developer. Even during university, I hoped that IT projects would be about more than just programming—and thanks to the opportunities I had, the tasks I took on, and the support of my project leaders, I was able to gradually grow into the role of IT consultant.
In 2016, I shifted my focus within the company to internal responsibilities, initially concentrating on HR. This path eventually led me to my current position. I approach this work with a consultant’s mindset, and I am grateful that my everyday efforts serve my most important client: BCA itself.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. During my years at BCA, I became the mother of two daughters, so balancing professional and personal life has been a constant part of my journey. For relaxation, I enjoy reading—from romance novels to science fiction—as well as puzzles, board games, podcasts, exploring cities, and meaningful conversations.
Over the years, I have met many inspiring people here and learned a great deal—about myself, about others, and about the value of diversity. The vibrant and inclusive community that has developed at BCA is very important to me, and I am proud to be part of it.
