My name is László Ivicsics, I am a founding member of BCA,  responsible for business development and client relations.
With degrees in engineering and economics, I have spent more than twenty-five years working on large-scale corporate projects – yes, I’ve been young for quite some time :) – mainly in the telecommunications and financial sectors. I began my career as a developer, then moved on as a consultant, expert, and later as a leader. Over this journey I also gained extensive international experience, which has enriched me both professionally and personally.

For me, BCA is not just a company, but a shared dream born from a good idea – and since 2007, it has been an integral part of my life. I’m proud not only to have been there at the beginning, but also because its growth, renewal, and leadership continue to demand creativity, fresh ideas, and professional dedication. I see BCA as a second family, where professional excellence, human care, and a healthy dose of good humor coexist to help us overcome life’s challenges.

My day-to-day work is centered on strategic decision-making, exploring new markets, and building business relationships. In addition, I support the leaders of our business units and BCA Group companies: we think together, exchange ideas, and shape the group’s future. I always strive to create lasting value and tangible results – whether in client projects or in-house developments.

Outside of work, my greatest source of balance and joy is my family: my school-age daughter and young son keep me busy, and I do my best to spend as much quality time with them as possible. It’s both the biggest challenge and the greatest reward, helping me keep my “workaholic” side in check.
To fully recharge, my hobbies are indispensable: I enjoy sailing and other water sports, and regular exercise is part of my daily routine. I also love traveling – especially my annual autumn trips to Tuscany, which have become a tradition that offers relaxation, inspiration, and new experiences.

I’m told I make an excellent Neapolitan pizza and a great espresso – so if I ever considered a career change, it would most likely be in gastronomy.

My personal motto: “The essence of a plan is modification.” While I like to be well-prepared for every situation, which gives me confidence, real life almost always brings the unexpected. A good plan must be flexible – and it’s essential to know when and how to adapt.
